Tally Clinic is nothing but a Free Walk-In support centre for your Tally problems. Walk in with your Tally related problems walk out with a solution.
Is this service chargable?.
No, If your problem can be solved in Tally itself its not chargable, its totally free of cost. But if the solution demands customization or any similar work then it will charged on case by case basis. This is as good as you visiting a doctor for a problem, if the doctor is going to prescribe some medicine , you will buy it at a cost right? . There are no consulting fees for our "Tally Doctors" ;-)
So this is all about problem solving?.

Why is it free? What is the catch?.
There is no catch in this, We are a Tally Authoized Partner, we want to help the Tally End Users with on going problems, demonstrate them about the new features in Tally.ERP 9.0 etc., to name a few. This is basically a show casing / customer service center for Tally End Users / Tally Prospects. There are no strings attached!!!.
Since we get too many visitors, please take an appointment with our "Tally Doctors" before walk in on the week days. For week-ends you can walk in from 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM
